Yoseph Rixit brings a unique advantage to Lemon Law — he’s fought on both sides. With years of experience defending world-renowned automakers and dealerships in California’s state and federal courts, Yoseph knows exactly how manufacturers think, operate, and defend. Now, he uses that insider knowledge to fight for you.
Before becoming an attorney, Yoseph worked across Canada, China, and the U.S., gaining deep insight into legal systems, business practices, and cultural nuances. He earned his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School and built a thriving practice at Peak Legal before founding Merak Legal. His journey from defense to advocacy reflects his core
belief: justice shouldn’t depend on resources — it should depend on what’s right.
